ISS Sustainability Solutions, a division of ISS STOXX, has unveiled its Real Asset Climate Solutions suite, designed to help institutional investors assess and mitigate climate-related risks in their portfolios. The offering combines Physical Risk, Carbon Footprint, and Scenario Alignment analyses with geospatial asset-level data to identify vulnerabilities and build climate-resilient investments.
The solutions cater to banks, insurers, and asset managers, addressing needs from regulatory compliance to underwriting. Integration options include API, SFTP, or a web-based dashboard, ensuring compatibility with existing workflows. Leveraging geospatial-AI models from the Sust Global acquisition, the platform evaluates exposure to floods, wildfires, and other hazards using IPCC climate scenarios.
